Squeeze the dough rapidly between your hands but do not knead it. Work it until it is no longer sticky, then press it into a ball and flour lightly. If the dough is not mixed thoroughly then, with the heel of your hand, press it down and away from you in quick, firm motions.
Wrap the dough in a plastic bag to prevent it drying out. Refrigerate. The dough can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
